<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La evolución tecnológica y los nuevos sistemas de gestión exigen una adecuación de las aptitudes profesionales de quienes entran a trabajar en el sector y la implantación de mecanismos de formación continua para el personal que faciliten su actualización. En este artículo, el autor recoge la normativa que sobre política de formación de personal reconoce el actual Convenio sectorial. Analiza las exigencias mínimas de formación en España para el seguro, los ingredientes de formación más importantes para el sector y, presenta la oferta más significativa de la formación para el sector asegurador en España: escuelas de negocios, entidades de seguros, entidades de reaseguros y universidades</abstract>
