<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La pesca de bajura emplea directamente a unos 60.000 trabajadores en España. La Legislación sobre seguridad e higiene en el trabajo no se ha adaptado a este subsector, por lo que a los avances tecnológicos presentes en los barcos no han supuesto un descenso en la siniestralidad. Los medios de rescate marítimo en nuestro país son suficientes, pero hay mucho que mejorar, sobre todo en capacitación y mentalización del marinero en materia de seguridad</abstract>
