<abstract>El presente trabajo tiene por objeto la aproximación a esta materia por ser de alcance para todo el territorio nacional, aunque referido solamente a las aguas marítimas españolas. Se trata de un estudio de seguro obligatorio de responsabilidad civil de embarcaciones deportivas, de una manera más bien expositiva que crítica, para, recoger las ideas sobre las que el autor cree que girará el futuro inmediato de la actividad de las embarcaciones de recreo o deportivas, desde el punto de vista del asegurador</abstract>
