<abstract>Opinión del autor sobre la Sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional de 29 de junio de 2000, que viene a resolver diez cuestiones de inconstitucionalidad acumuladas, suscitadas por diversos órganos jurisdiccionales durante 1996, 1997 y 1998 respecto de la Ley de Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro en la Circulación de Vehículos a Motor, en la redacción dada de la Ley "puzzle" 30-1995 de 8 de noviembre, de Ordenación y Supervisión de los Seguros Privados. Según el autor , la sentencia le ha satisfecho parcialmente, en cuanto que ha reconocido la necesidad de una mayor indemnización cuantitativa de las víctimas por violación del principio constitucional de tutela judicial efectiva, consagrado en el art. 24 de la Constitución</abstract>
