Sumario: Thouhg in the last few years confined space issues in construction have improved, there is still a risk that causes injuries and deaths every year. The OSHA introduced a general industry standard for confined spaces seven years ago, which was divided into permit-required and non-permit. If what theese employes need are more OSHA standards, remains as a question while those working in construction are urged by their contractors to be cautious
