<abstract>El desarrollo de la nueva economía ha modificado de tal manera el campo de los recursos humanos que hoy el sector tecnológico acapara una tercera parte del empleo cualificado en España. La demanda de prefesionales con conocimientos en nuevas tecnologías aumenta cada día y de forma paralela aparecen organizacones estructuradas en red que modifican profundamenete el perfil de los profesionales no técnicos. En este contexto, se puede considerar a los recursos humanos como el motor imprescindible de la transformación organizativa, el agente del cambio, y la formación como la herramienta adecuada para llevarlo a cabo. Y cabe también explicar cuál es el papel cambiante que la formación va a desempeñar en la nueva economía, cuáles van a ser los modelos emergentes de prestación de servicios en RRHH y los perfiles más demandados</abstract>
