<abstract>El autor pretende con este trabajo dar a conocer los daños ocasionados por llevar objetos pesados. Mediante un estudio realizado a partir de la teoría del cálculo vectorial se aportan las normas para facilitar el transporte de cargas, y se buscan hábitos más idóneos, evitando las posturas incorrectas que se suelen adoptar en la vida cotidiana</abstract>
