<abstract>En 1999 como culminación de una serie de acciones que se habían realizado en los últimos años se planteó la visita de personal Sanitario vinculado a la atención a la urgencia en Navarra en sus diversos Servicios a otros países de nuestro entorno. Para ello se solicitó una ayuda al Programa Leonardo de la Unión Europea que fue complementado por el Departamento de Salud del Gobierno de Navarra</abstract>
