<abstract>El BOE publica, el 24 de febrero, el Real Dercreto 301/2004 que regula la información de laactividad llevada a cabo por los corredores y corredurías. La norma sin dejar de ser esperada por el sector, surge con polémica al tener un carácter retroactivo desde principios de este año. Al margen de las bondades del R.D., sin duda positivo para el sector, el poco margen que para los pequeños corredores adapten su infraestructura a los requerimientos que se establecen va a provocar problemas a este tipo de mediadores</abstract>
