<abstract>La futura Ley de Mediación de Seguros y Reaseguros Privados ya tiene forma. La transposición a la legislación española de la Directiva sobre Mediación en los Seguros Privados se realizará mediante una nueva Ley, que ya tiene su primer texto en la "Normativa de Mediación de Seguros y Reaseguros Privados", remitido el 25 de junio por la DGSFP a las instituciones implicadas. Se trata de un "escrito" que recoge fielmente el mandato comunitario</abstract>
