<abstract>El autor continúa describiendo la seguridad electrostática. Destacando aquellos fenómenos capaces de producir accidentes eléctricos y pérdidas económicas. Su objeto de estudio lo constituyen los campos eléctricos, los fenómenos de inducción eléctrica en conductores y la polarización dieléctrica en aislantes. También trata la electrización, la transmisión de cargas de un cuerpo a otro y las propiedades generales de los cuerpos electrizados en equilibrio.
