<abstract>La Comisión Europea ha propuesto unas perspectivas financieras para el período 2007-2013 en las que se mantiene el mismo límite de gastos que en el actual período, a pesar de la incorporación de países con un desnivel de renta per cápita muy importante. Sí que habrá cambios sustanciales en la composición de gastos de la UE. La PAC quedará relegada en favor de políticas de cohesión y competitividad</abstract>
