<abstract>La deslocalización, según las encuestas, es un problema que preocupa menos a España que a otros países europeos. Sin embargo, es algo que afecta todos. La clave para enfrentarse a esta cuestión es tener claro que los países desarrolados no pueden competir en costes. Por tanto, es preciso realizar una apuesta estratégica, definir los puntos fuertes de la economía y trabajar en dos sentidos fundamentales : innovación y empleabilidad del capital humano</abstract>
