<abstract>La organización se ve cada vez más necesitada de dar importancia a la gestión del conocimiento para lograr afianzar su avance y presencia en el mercado. Los sistemas que actualmente se están desarrollando en las empresas para lograr mejoras en el desempeño no siempren cuentan con un potencial de primera mano que está dentro de ellas. En las organizaciones debería institucionalizarse el seguimiento y control de las pérdidas-ganancias de know-how que proporcionan o pueden proporcionar las personas que históricamente integran las plantillas</abstract>
