<abstract>En el sector asegurador, la formación atraviesa un gran momento, sobre todo, del lado de la mediación. La nueva Resolución dirigida a este colectivo, que está a punto de cumplir su primer aniversario, elevó las exigencias formativas para ejercer como mediador, lo que redundará en una mayor profesionalización a todos los niveles. En las aseguradoras, también crece el interés por la formación continua y el reciclaje de sus empleados, con el fin de afrontar los cambios que en este sector son numerosos</abstract>
