<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En el ámbito asegurador y más concretamente a la hora de diseñar productos para nuestras compañías, hay una serie de cuestiones que deberemos tener en cuenta. No serán los primeros seguros de dependencia que surjan en nuestro mercado, pero sí serán, sin duda, los primeros una vez que ya existen normativas concretas que prevén un tratamiento diferenciado a este tipo de contingencias, razón por la cual deberemos tomar en cuenta sus disposiciones a la hora de diseñar nuevos productos. </abstract>
