<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Es interesante poder detenernos a analizar si realmente las personas jurídicas tienen derecho a reclamar en concepto de daño moral, si son susceptibles de sufrir este tipo de daño, cuáles son sus características y sobre todo, bajo qué fundamento pueden ejercitar las acciones encaminadas a ser resarcidas por dicho perjuicio. Se trata por tanto de determinar si dentro de nuestro actual ordenamiento jurídico existen las normas y herramientas jurídicas que dan soporte a tal pretensión, pues no cabe duda de que son cada vez más los supuestos en los que se plantean este tipo de reclamaciones</abstract>
