El tema convocante para este año fue Herramientas en la era tecnológica y la interrogación del sector financiero como socio estratégico. A continuación reproducimos el discurso inaugural de Benjamín Grayeb Ruíz (México), Presidente saliente de ALASA; realizamos un repaso de los aspectos más destacados que ocurrieron durante el congreso e incluimos las palabras a cargo del Presidente entrante, Néstor Abatidaga (Argentina), que tuvieron lugar al cierre de la última jornada</abstract>
